TEAMLEAD JAVA – JAVA GREENFIELD PROJECTS – HYBRID/MÜNCHEN

We are currently looking for a team leader for one of the largest online companies in Germany.

The company is split into different, autonomous sub-companies. Your team will work on greenfield projects and bring innovation to a market traditionally dominated by on-premise services.

You will be directly involved with your team in the conception and realisation of new components and projects. You will lead your development team in technical and disciplinary terms and be responsible for recruiting employees

You will be responsible for the conception, design and implementation of state-of-the-art Java web applications.

You will also be responsible for defining and preparing software releases that have an impact on the entire organisation.

You will also plan and manage these projects through to the rollout phase, including when and how the new application should be introduced.
